By Arun Sajnani,

COCO – For the Thanksgiving holidays, Disney has produced a film with a Mexican family backdrop that deals with the after life, and spirits of one little boy’s ancestors, especially that of his great, great Grandfather. “COCO” is a film that may cater for a more mature audience, but it also has a lot of heart, and touches your emotions.

It is about following your dreams, and getting acceptance to pursue your passion with respect and acceptance by ones own parents, and from their elders.

The little boy named Miguel, loves his guitar and music, and wishes to pursue it, even if it is against his parents wishes. The animation is colorful, and filled with beautiful schematics. the film has great twists and turns as well that intrigues you.

Despite getting teary – eyed towards the end, you do feel the need to be with one’s own family, is the message that has been beautifully conveyed in this film. The film gets a 4 star recommendation. Enjoy!!  Courtesy Awesome TV & BEING FILMY.
