As the happy festival of Diwali gets closer, Dhanteras marks the start of a very good year that is marked with great devotion and joy all over India. This special day, which honours Lord Dhanvantari, the god of health and Ayurveda, stands for wealth and success and sets a good mood for the Diwali celebrations. Richa Sony, who plays Pinni’s dadi on the hit show Shaitani Rasmein on Star Bharat, talked about how excited she is for Dhanteras this year and what she does to get ready.

Richa said, “Once a year on Dhanteras, we light diyas to welcome the blessings of health, wealth, and happiness into our homes.” Shopping for a small piece of gold or silver every year is a ritual that makes our lives better. To get ready, I clean the house well and then decorate it with lights and diyas to bring good energy into every room. At the evening pooja, we pray for good health, which is what Dhanteras is all about for me.

The actress also said, “This festival is a great mix of tradition and happiness, and I can’t wait to celebrate it this year.” I’m going to the temple to ask for benefits and feel thankful as the holiday season starts. Let us be kind to everyone, help those in need, and make our homes full of love and light. May Dhanteras bring you all happiness! I hope everyone has a happy and successful Dhanteras filled with love and family.

In Shaitani Rasmein, the story gets more exciting as a newlywed from Bhurangarh’s royal family has to go through dark rites for the mysterious Maalik. Nikki (Naqiya Hazi) and Piyush (Vibhav Roy) are the main characters of the story. Their daughter Pinni (Sumit Singh) is married to Veer (Siddhant Issar), who is the reincarnation of Maalik. Richa Sony plays Piyush’s mother and Pinni’s dadi, giving this exciting story of good vs. evil more depth.

You can only watch Shaitani Rasmein on Star Bharat from Monday to Saturday at 10 pm.
