To get ready, I clean the house well and then decorate it with lights and diyas to bring good energy into every room. At the evening pooja, we pray for good health, which is what Dhanteras is all about for me.

In Shaitani Rasmein, the story gets more exciting as a newlywed from Bhurangarh’s royal family has to go through dark rites for the mysterious Maalik. Nikki (Naqiya Hazi) and Piyush (Vibhav Roy) are the main characters of the story. Their daughter Pinni (Sumit Singh) is married to Veer (Siddhant Issar), who is the reincarnation of Maalik. Richa Sony plays Piyush’s mother and Pinni’s dadi, giving this exciting story of good vs. evil more depth.
