THE NUN – Before “THE CONJURING” which dealt with being possessed and exorcism, and homes being haunted, “THE NUN” takes you to the beginning with the story, and how it began. Somewhere in the forest of Romania in 1952, there is an “Abbey”, where “Nun’s” are taking their lives. The Vatican in Rome hears of this horrible news, and sends one of their top priests for investigation, along with a Nun from Italy to solve this matter. When they reach all hell breaks loose.
Actually I thought I would get scared, but with all the hype, and only gags that come in over abundance, makes you feel that you know when that scary surprise will happen. The weak plot is the the coffin of the film. The film gets only 1 and a half stars. and that is for the creepy sound effects. Courtesy Awesome TV & BEING FILMY.
