Farhan Akhtar’s new action-war film 120 Bahadur is showing strong box office growth. The movie saw a big jump on Day 2 with a 100% rise in collections from its opening day. Audiences across cities and small towns are turning up in large numbers, giving the film a solid push through positive word of mouth.
As per early trade reports, 120 Bahadur enjoyed packed morning and afternoon shows on Friday, with many theatres nearly full. Major cities like Mumbai, Delhi NCR, and Pune performed very well, while smaller markets also showed steady growth. This strong turnout signals good support for a patriotic action drama.
Set during the 1962 Indo-China war, 120 Bahadur tells the true story of 120 Indian soldiers from the 13 Kumaon Regiment who fought bravely in the Battle of Rezang La. Farhan Akhtar plays Major Shaitan Singh Bhati, the fearless leader known for his unmatched courage and never-give-up spirit. The film highlights themes of bravery, sacrifice, and unity, captured in the powerful line — “Hum Peechhe Nahin Hatenge.”
Directed by Razneesh ‘Razy’ Ghai and produced by Ritesh Sidhwani, Farhan Akhtar, and Amit Chandrra, 120 Bahadur hit cinemas on November 21, 2025, and continues to draw strong footfalls across India.
