Television actor Vibhu Raghave, who worked in Nisha Aur Uske Cousins, died on June 2 after fighting stage 4 colon cancer for a long time. He was 37.
Rozlyn Khan Recalls Their Last Conversation
Actress Rozlyn Khan, also a cancer survivor, posted a screenshot of her final chat with Vibhu.
He had informed her that he was “getting better.”
Rozlyn posted,
“That’s what fighters do: they hope, even when it hurts.”
“Every Cancer Death Shakes Me”
In her emotional post, Rozlyn confessed the emotional burden of being a survivor.
“Every death with cancer shakes me up,” she said.
She highlighted the way that people view grinning survivors on the internet, but things are different in real life.
The Reality Behind Cancer Survival
Rozlyn wrote:
“Real life isn’t edited. It’s messy, painful, uncertain.”
She further explained that survivors will frequently say that they’re “getting better” even when they can’t keep themselves together.
A Farewell to a Fellow Warrior
In tribute to Vibhu, she stated:
“We lose people mid-conversation. We share fundraisers one day, condolences the next.”
She called Vibhu a fellow warrior who truly knew the fight.
Rozlyn Vows to Live with Purpose
Rozlyn, diagnosed with breast cancer in 2022, has been vocal about her journey.
“I’ll keep walking, bruised but standing. For those who didn’t get a second chance, I’ll live mine with purpose.”
