Shivani Gosain is embarking on an exciting experiment in Sun Neo’s Rishto Se Bandhi Gauri by acting out her first-ever double role. She plays both Kamini and Mandakini—two sharply contrasting characters.
“Kamini is always scheming, while Mandakini is a mysterious woman out for revenge. Switching between the two—voice, expressions, body language—keeps me on my toes. But that’s the fun part!” Shivani shares.
Channeling Stree Vibes
Shivani’s eerie look as Mandakini is catching attention—and for good reason.
“With me in Mandakini’s attire, I feel Shraddha Kapoor-like in Stree. Her braided hair was powerful and so is Mandakini’s choti. It is not a hair style—it is magical, it is like a secret weapon,” she says.
About the Show
Rishto Se Bandhi Gauri traces the journey of Gauri (Eshaa Pathak), a gentle soul with unwavering faith. She is pushed into a marriage she does not want, and enters the Bundela household to overcome her challenges to mould her own fate.
