Actor and ex-Miss India, Sarah Jane Dias, is the newest to be added to the cast of Lakadbaggha 2 – The Monkey Business. Its creator and actor Anshuman Jha announced the news on social media, terming the pack as “fiercer and stronger” with her addition.
From Pageants to Powerful Roles
Sarah is well recognized for her powerful presence on screen and the variety of characters she does. Her performance in Kankhajura, Inside Edge, and the internationally acclaimed Angry Indian Goddesses well illustrates her versatility.
A Cause-Based Action Franchise
The original Lakadbaggha was remarkable for combining action with empathy. The sequel goes further, delving into illegal primate trade and international conspiracy.

Lakadbaggha 2 – The Monkey Business is in production. It’s scheduled for a Winter 2025 theatrical release and will endeavor to break boundaries for Indian action film while highlighting a strong message.
