## A Lifelong Passion Ignited by a Childhood Spark
Not all acting careers start on a set. As a young child, Satyaa Sachee actor Akash Khandelwal unintentionally shaped his future in his living room. Akash, who portrays Shaurya in the Sun Neo series, talked candidly about how his passion for acting developed organically from little, ordinary experiences.
## Motivated by Shah Rukh Khan
“I have been a fan of acting since the time I didn’t even know what acting really was,” Akash said, recalling the moment that changed everything. The first time I witnessed Shah Rukh Khan leaping from a helicopter in Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham is still fresh in my mind. That scene stuck with me even though I was only three or four years old. **
He started imitating SRK’s style by dancing freely, practicing facial expressions in front of the mirror before school, and amusing those around him. He eventually realised that these behaviours were early indicators of a budding actor.
## Twenty Years of Unadulterated Love
“Even now, when someone asks about my experience, I smile because my journey began in childhood,” Akash continued. I’ve been acting for more than 20 years, and I can say that with pride. **
He thinks that the core of the craft is emotions. For him, acting is the freedom to express oneself honestly and deeply, which keeps bringing him closer to the craft every day.
## A Program Based on Emotion and Bonding
The plot of Satyaa Sachee centres on two inseparable sisters from a small village: Sachee, who is kind and selfless, and Satyaa, who is brave and fearless. Their bond transcends obligation and accountability. Love, loyalty, and unwavering unity characterise this bond. They stand as each other’s greatest strength, rise together, and defend one another in the face of adversity.
