The song has now been streamed more than 700 million times around the world, and for the first time, it gets more than 1 million streams every day. Discoveries went up by 200%, with Gen Z listeners making up 60% of the total.
HBO’s streaming show “Heated Rivalry” Max and Crave used both t.A.T.u.’s original song and Harrison’s 2022 cover in a tense club scene that turned into intimate moments, which led to viral TikTok edits. This sync gave the show its biggest streaming boost yet, with audiobook streams for the series up 1,500%. Harrison’s version went up 114% to 685,000 streams and sold 1,255 digital downloads the week after.
