MasterChef India keeps showing off India’s rich cultural diversity by telling stories about passion, hard work, and heritage. This time, the focus is on sisters Annapurna Kaul and Bubbly Sahani, who are on a heartfelt mission to bring Kashmiri Pandit food to kitchens all over the country.

Annapurna and Bubbly pay tribute to Kashmir’s history with every dish. Their cooking shows generations of tradition, memories of home, and the deep flavours of Kashmiri Pandit food. The sisters are proud of how authentic their food is, even though they live far away from their home country.
Judges Praise Their Dedication
All three judges were moved by the couple’s dedication. They openly cheered for the sisters and praised their work to keep an important culinary tradition alive.
The judges said that the Kashmiri Pandit flavours that the sisters brought with them are ready to be served on every plate in India and around the world.
Bubbly Sahani says, “Our culture will never fade.”
Bubbly Sahani talked about her trip and said that Kashmiri culture is very rich and will never go out of style. She thanked the show for giving Kashmiri food, and all regional food, a national and international identity. She called MasterChef India the best place to do this.
Showing Roots on a National Stage
The show is much more than a competition for Annapurna Kaul. She said it was a great way to show off their roots, traditions, and pride in Kashmir. She said that representing their culture on a national level is an honour that can’t be put into words.
