The Housemaid & Anaconda Red Carpet: Sydney Sweeney, Amanda Seyfried Shine

This week, Hollywood’s red carpets were full of stars at the premieres of Lionsgate’s psychological thriller The Housemaid and Columbia Pictures’ meta-reboot Anaconda. Sydney Sweeney and Amanda Seyfried turned heads at several screenings, looking like stars from old Hollywood with co-stars like Brandon Sklenar. Paul Rudd and Jack Black, along with a full cast dressed as snakes, added a funny touch to Anaconda’s Los Angeles party.

At the TCL Chinese Theatre premiere on December 15, Sydney Sweeney looked amazing in a custom Galia Lahav gown. At the same time, Amanda Seyfried celebrated her birthday with a surprise cake at the New York event. At screenings in LA and NYC, director Paul Feig, Brandon Sklenar, Indiana Elle, Ellen Tamaki, and guests like Awkwafina and Miranda Cosgrove made the event even more exciting. The movie was based on Freida McFadden’s book and written by Rebecca Sonnenshine. It also had Jessel Taank and Joe Gorga from the Real Housewives of New Jersey for extra glamour.

At the Broadway premiere on December 13, Jack Black got the crowd excited in a colorful jacket, Paul Rudd looked great in a sleek tux, and Daniela Melchior shone in green. Steve Zahn, Thandiwe Newton, Selton Mello, and Ione Skye joined Ice Cube for the snake-skin fashion show, which was a tease for the action-comedy reboot that comes out on Christmas Day.
