Tell Me Lies takes place in the late 2000s at the made-up Baird College in Upstate New York. It tells the story of the rocky eight-year romance between freshman Lucy Albright and junior Stephen DeMarco. In Season 3, Lucy and Stephen get back together for the spring semester, promising to change despite past betrayals.
