Melania Trump Amazon Documentary Sneak Peek 2026

First Lady Melania Trump has given us a fascinating look at her upcoming Amazon MGM Studios documentary called Melania. This has gotten a lot of people excited just days before it comes out in theaters across the country. Amazon bought the rights to the movie for a reported $40 million. It gives viewers unprecedented access to the 20 days leading up to President Donald Trump’s inauguration in 2025. Brett Ratner directed it, and it has never-before-seen footage of important meetings, private conversations, and other moments as Melania plans the inauguration and helps with the White House transition.

The documentary will be in theaters on January 30, 2026, after a fancy premiere in 20 U.S. cities on January 29. These cities include Washington D.C., New York, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. Melania and President Trump will be at the Donald J. Trump and John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in D.C. Invitations have already been sent out to some guests. A three-part docuseries on Prime Video will follow, continuing the close look at her return to public life.

Melania just released a new trailer that starts with her famous wide-brimmed hat at the Capitol during the swearing-in. She says, “Here we go again,” over tense music. It goes by quickly in pictures of the White House, visits to Mar-a-Lago, and personal videos, like putting flowers on a grave. Donald Trump also calls himself a “peacemaker and unifier.” This is a big step for Melania into Hollywood, where she will combine her modeling career with her role as First Lady.
