Nicki Minaj & O’Leary Join Trump at Accounts Launch

On Wednesday, January 28, 2026, the U.S. Treasury Department will hold a big meeting in Washington, D.C. to launch “Trump Accounts,” tax-advantaged retirement savings accounts for kids that were set up by last year’s One Big Beautiful Bill Act. President Donald Trump and Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent will be the main speakers at the event. Other famous people who will be there include rapper Nicki Minaj, Shark Tank star Kevin O’Leary, and actress Cheryl Hines from Curb Your Enthusiasm. Hines is married to Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. There will be policy briefings and expert discussions at the gathering, which will be shown live on X to show American families how to make money.

These new accounts let parents, guardians, employers, and others make contributions that help kids learn about money and save for the future. Officials from the Treasury want to make things clearer, figure out how the initiative will affect the economy, and promote its role in helping families build wealth. A commercial for Trump Accounts will air during Super Bowl LX next month, right after the national anthem.

Senator Ted Cruz, conservative influencer Isabel Brown, political strategist Alex Bruesewitz, and tech mogul Michael Dell are also going to be there. Nicki Minaj has said nice things about President Trump, saying at Turning Point USA’s AmericaFest that he has given many people hope. O’Leary brings his business knowledge, and the event’s star-studded lineup shows that it wants to get more attention than just government events.
