Sachin Tyagi on Jabb Zodiacs Met: Emotions Matter More Than Zodiac Signs

Sachin Tyagi plays Chetan in Jabb Zodiacs Met, written by Ishika Shahi and produced by Rajan Shahi under Director’s Kut Production. The series premiered on January 16 on the production house’s official YouTube channel. Sachin features prominently in the second episode, which focuses on the zodiac sign Taurus.

Despite the zodiac theme, astrology was never the main draw for the actor.

A Story Driven by Emotions, Not Astrology

While Jabb Zodiacs Met revolves around zodiac signs, Sachin emphasizes that human emotions guided his performance.

“I don’t follow astrology closely,” he admits. “What drew me in were the emotions, relationships, and challenges the characters face.”

He adds that the show’s strength lies in its relatability. Birth dates or zodiac traits may hint at personality, but they cannot define a person—or a character—entirely.

Instead, Sachin focused on Chetan’s emotional journey. He prioritized realism over astrology, believing that choices, reactions, and inner conflicts shape characters far more than star signs ever could.

Fate, Effort, and Human Intent

Sachin does believe in destiny, but in a nuanced way. He explains that life outcomes depend on multiple factors.

“Hard work, preparation, and intent are crucial,” he says. “Astrology alone cannot dictate success or relationships. They grow through effort and conscious decisions.”

This layered understanding allowed him to approach his role with depth, avoiding superficial stereotypes.

Commending Ishika Shahi’s Vision

Sachin also praises creator Ishika Shahi for her distinctive storytelling approach.

“She has a unique perspective,” he says. “She is passionate about storytelling while staying grounded and humble. She gives actors freedom and builds confidence at the same time.”

Despite being new to filmmaking, Ishika impressed Sachin with her clarity and self-assurance. He believes she is poised for long-term success in the industry.

Emotions Over Astrology: The Core of the Series

Ultimately, Sachin Tyagi’s approach to Jabb Zodiacs Met underscores a broader truth: human emotions outweigh zodiac signs. While astrology serves as a narrative hook, the series shines through its authentic depiction of relationships and personal struggles.

For Sachin, focusing on emotional realism rather than astrological labels made all the difference.
