Mumbai, November 10, 2025: Acclaimed actor–producer Adinath Kothare has officially begun shooting for his new web series Detective Dhananjay with a grand mahurat ceremony in Mumbai.

After the success of Nashibwan under Kothare Vision, Adinath Kothare is now set to play a detective in his latest venture, calling it a “special gift” for fans. The promo has already generated strong buzz online.
ZEE5 Marathi Originals Backs the Series
Produced under ZEE5 Marathi Originals, the web series stars Adinath as both lead actor and co-producer, promising an engaging Marathi thriller for OTT audiences.

The show is produced by Shrirang Godbole’s Indian Magic Eye and Adinath Kothare’s Storytellers Nook Pvt. Ltd. with Girish Joshi writing the screenplay. Shrirang Godbole also directs and produces the series.
