The long-awaited trailer for Jio Studios’ new movie Tikdam has finally been released. Tikdam is a very moving family drama with a story that will make people think. The main character of this story is a man (played by the talented Amit Sial) who has to leave his small town to find better opportunities in a busy city. The plot thickens: his children do everything they can to keep the family together and try all sorts of things to stop him from going. This shows how hard it is for them and how strong they are.
After giving tough performances in Maharani, Jamtara, Kathmandu Connection, and Qala, Amit Sial is back in Tikdam with a part that will stick with you. “Tikdam is really close to my heart; it’s a story about the sacrifices we make for our loved ones and the strength of family ties that are stretched by circumstance,” he said about his role.
