Soham Shah, a director-turned-writer, has made his mark in the literary world with his debut novel, “Blood Moon,” a paranormal thriller that explores the dark side of human nature. The book was launched by veteran actors Anupam Kher and Jackie Shroff, who praised Shah’s work and expressed their love for the horror and thriller genre.

“Blood Moon” is a novel that Shah wrote during the COVID-19 pandemic, inspired by his interaction with the legendary writer Sir Ruskin Bond in Mussoorie. The novel tells the story of a mysterious cult that performs human sacrifices on the night of the blood moon, and the journalist who tries to expose them.
Shah, who is known for his films like Kaal and Luck, said that he always had a passion for storytelling and wanted to explore a different medium. He thanked Anupam Kher and Jackie Shroff for their support and blessings and said that he hoped his novel would appeal to the readers who enjoy suspense and horror.
Shah and his wife, Binal Shah, were gracious hosts to all the guests, who enjoyed the warm and festive atmosphere of the event.
