Closing the 15th Indian Film Festival of Melbourne 2024 on August 25, the much-awaited movie “Girls Will Be Girls,” to be produced by the “golden pair,” Ali Fazal and Richa Chadha, will close by Offering a grand celebration for its 15th anniversary from August 15 to August 25, IFFM is the biggest festival of Indian film outside of India.

Girls Will Be Girls has already received some great reviews on several foreign media; this success now includes the confirmation of its spot at IFFM. With Preeti Panigrahi joining the closing ceremony, the movie will be shown for the first time in Australia through the festival and generate further enthusiasm. With its great plot and potent performances across countries, the movie has been able to affect viewers.

Already scheduled with great effect on the worldwide festival circuit is Girls Will Be Girls. The Sundance International Film Festival hosted the international premiere of the movie in Sundance, where it was well-received for its audacious narrative and superb acting based on its two top awards pickup. Following its January international debut, the film has had screenings at Cannes, Sundance London, Romania’s Transylvania International Film Festival, France’s Biarritz Film Festival, and IFFLA in Los Angeles among other venues.

The film’s production firms include Pushing Button Studios, C crawling Angel Films, Dolce Vita Films, Blink Digital and Cinema Inutile.
