On Tuesday, November 4, 2025, during the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Night, Dancing With the Stars season 34 had a lot of exciting energy and unexpected eliminations. The ballroom was filled with classic songs by Bon Jovi, Elton John, The Beach Boys, and others. But the biggest surprise and shocking elimination was when fan-favorite Danielle Fishel and her professional partner Pasha Pashkov left the show. Even though they got good reviews for their modern dance to Aerosmith’s “Dream On,” they were voted off sooner than expected. Their score was 34 out of 40.
Flavor Flav, a special guest judge, joined judging legends Carrie Ann Inaba, Derek Hough, and Bruno Tonioli. They watched eight celebrities compete in individual and group dance performances. The night also saw the first performance of the lively team dance competition. It was hosted by Julianne Hough and Alfonso Ribeiro and featured Team Kool and Team Chicago. Flavor Flav called Team Chicago’s Bond-themed routine “the bomb diggity,” and it got a perfect 40 points. Meanwhile, Team Kool came in second with 38 points.
Whitney Leavitt and Mark Ballas tied for first place on the leaderboard with Alix Earle and Val Chmerkovskiy. They each got 39 points for their Paso Dobles. Dylan Efron’s comeback jive to Elton John’s “I’m Still Standing,” Robert Irwin and Witney Carson’s fiery Paso Doble, and Elaine Hendrix’s Viennese Waltz return from injury were all great performances.
Next week, the ballroom will celebrate the show’s 20th anniversary with a spectacular episode. It will feature returning pros, famous dances, and tributes to two decades of ballroom magic. There are only seven couples left now. Therefore, every performance from now on will be very important in the race for the Mirrorball Trophy. Danielle Fishel’s shocking exit adds to the season’s unpredictability. This makes Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Night one of the best nights in DWTS history.
This week’s DWTS had classic rock songs, high-stakes competition, and unforgettable moments. These elements set the stage for a huge 20th anniversary party.
