In a heartfelt gesture, Harsha refrained from participating in the Shahi Rath Yatra, choosing instead to take a quiet holy dip at the Sangam. “I couldn’t attend the Shahi Rath Yatra. I was too heartbroken,” she shared.
Sadhus’ Message: The Importance of Respecting Women
Harsha also shared a powerful message from some of the sadhus. They revealed that Mahadev had canceled the Shahi Snaan for all sadhus, in response to the tragic events. Harsha quoted an ancient Sanskrit saying:
“यत्र नार्येस्तू पूज्यन्ते, रमंते तत्र देवता”
(“Where women are respected, the gods reside.”)
