The movie’s music launch was recently celebrated in grand style at Thane’s Gadkari Rangayatan, with esteemed singer Suresh Wadkar gracing the event. The ceremony saw the presence of producers, directors, actors, the music team, and other notable guests. Additionally, top-performing students from the 10th grade were honoured with the “Anand Majha” award.

Produced by Mangesh Jeevan Desai of Sahil Motion Arts and Umesh Kumar Bansal of Zee Studios, and directed by Praveen Tarde with cinematography by Mahesh Limaye, the film has already received a positive reception for its teaser. The songs from the predecessor, “Dharmaveer Mukkampost Thane,” were hits, and anticipation is high for the tracks in the sequel.

A unique aspect of the music launch was the participation of school children, aligning with Guru Poornima and Ashadhi Ekadashi. Forty-five child artists performed the song “Gurupoornima” for the first time, enchanting the audience. The event also featured the debut of “Chala Karu Tayyari.”

Late Anand Dighe, known for his blend of politics and social causes, was a beloved figure. The initiative to introduce practical exams for students was one of his significant contributions, which the film’s music launch commemorated. The “Anand Majha” award was presented to students excelling in their 10th-grade exams, reflecting Dighe Saheb’s dedication to education.

Suresh Wadkar, who launched the film’s music, praised Anand Dighe Saheb’s legacy, stating, “Anand Dighe Saheb was a remarkable figure whose contributions to society are truly commendable. I had the privilege of meeting Dighe Saheb up and close. At first glance, he surely appeared intimidating, but he had a very pure heart. I ardently wish for this film to run successfully for 98 weeks. It’s an honour to be part of this event, celebrating his legacy through the music of Dharmaveer Mukkampost Thane 2. I believe this film and its music will deeply resonate with audiences and keep his spirit alive.”

Producer Mangesh Desai explained the “Anand Majha” award, highlighting Dighe Saheb’s impact on education by initiating practical exams, which lessened the burden of subjects like mathematics. Desai expressed a commitment to continuing this initiative, providing certificates, souvenirs, and cheques to outstanding students in Dighe Saheb’s memory.

Umesh Kr Bansal, CBO of Zee Studios, emphasized the event’s goal of offering an inspiring experience, stating, “Through the music launch event of ‘Dharmaveer Mukkampost Thane 2,’ we have aimed to provide the audience with a unique and inspiring experience. These songs, graced by the voices of renowned singers, will add emotional depth and harmony to the film’s narrative.
