Jackky Bhagnani, a prominent figure in Bollywood and a scion of a celebrated Bollywood family, has spent decades deeply immersed in the dynamic world of entertainment. As the head of Pooja Entertainment, the production house responsible for several record-breaking blockbusters, Jackky has had a front-row seat to the ever-evolving landscape of content creation. With a keen eye for audience preferences and an understanding of why commercial films face challenges today, Bhagnani has demonstrated a profound grasp of the industry’s shifting dynamics.

In a bold move to diversify his portfolio and address these changes, Bhagnani established Jjust Music four years ago. This venture has successfully bridged gaps in music content, producing over 100 hit singles. Recently, he expanded his creative vision further by launching Jjust Kids, a unique content platform aimed at children.

“Jjust Kids is primarily for the age group of 0-6,” Bhagnani explained. “I started a music label four years back and was fascinated with animation, though I lacked experience in this field. I saw an opportunity to create animated content paired with music. Parents today are concerned about what their kids are watching. Jjust Kids aims to be a one-stop shop for infotainment or edutainment, offering educational content through engaging animated videos and music. This approach helps embed learning into children’s subconscious minds, much like the success of ‘Baby Shark’.”

To date, Jjust Kids has released 14 assets, with ambitious plans to roll out around 200 assets in the next two years. Despite his extensive experience in filmmaking, Bhagnani acknowledges the challenges in the live-action space, which he also plans to explore further.

Bhagnani’s innovative ventures reflect his commitment to pushing the boundaries of Indian entertainment. He envisions a future where Indians create world-class animated content, made in India, for a global audience.
