Actors are frequently called upon to take on a variety of roles in the dynamic world of television, some of which may compel them to cross personal boundaries. Male actors like Lakshay Khurana are equally outspoken about their boundaries, even though it is usual to hear about female actresses placing restrictions on particular sequences. Lakshay, who portrays Aditya in Sun Neo’s hit series Ishq Jabariya, recently shared his thoughts on how he approaches love situations and strikes a balance between his morals and career.
Lakshay Khurana stressed the value of being a fully committed performer and establishing boundaries. “You become the character you’re portraying as an actor, but it’s important to have limitations,” he said. TV is a distinct kind of media; it’s a place where things may be done in moderation. That is fine with me. I approach romantic or intimate passages as the character, not as myself, because they are an integral element of the plot.”
But Lakshay also mentioned a particular line he draws in his own life. “You have to be sincere with the character to give the role justice. However, there are some things I refuse to do. For instance, my wife and I associate applying sindoor with holiness. I think it’s something that should only be done once, with the appropriate individual. Other than my wife, I can’t fathom applying sindoor on anyone else. It’s important to strike a balance between my principles and the role’s authenticity.”
The captivating love story Ishq Jabariya, which premieres on Sun Neo at 7:30 PM, centres on Gulki, a young lady with lofty goals and aspirations. Lakshay Khurana, Siddhi Sharma, and Kamya Panjabi play the show’s main characters, who give the narrative depth and heart.
Watch Ishq Jabariya on Sun Neo from Monday through Saturday at 7:30 PM to witness the fascinating story of love and relationships.
