Fans all over the world are excited that Miley Cyrus is returning to her famous role for the 20th anniversary special of Hannah Montana. Disney+ released a trailer that shows her turning into the pop star with the blonde wig. The show will air on March 24, 2026, which is exactly 20 years after the first episode.
The Disney+ special has never-before-seen archival footage, great music, and a long interview with Cyrus that was filmed in front of a live audience. Disney Branded Television president Ayo Davis says that it “celebrates how Hannah Montana inspired fans to ‘dream big, sing loud, and embrace every side of themselves.'”
Cyrus said she was proud of how the show has stayed with her: “Hannah Montana will always be a part of who I am… it still means a lot to so many people.” The teaser said, “Happy Hannah-versary!” A lot of people are excited about #HannahMontana20 on the internet.
