Nia Sharma, renowned for her role as Nishigandha in COLORS’ hit show “Suhagan Chudail,” has once again captivated audiences with her bold fashion choices. For the haldi sequence in the fantasy-thriller-romance, Nia embraced a stunning floral look, staying true to her onscreen persona. This trailblazing ensemble combines the comfort of a dhoti with the regal allure of a saree, topped with a complementing belt at the waist. Accessorized with a maang tikka, earrings, bracelet, and necklace adorned with flowers and pearls, Nia’s look is set to inspire a new fashion trend.

Nia shared her excitement about the haldi look, saying, “My look for Nishigandha’s haldi ceremony in ‘Suhagan Chudail’ is anything but typical. Stylists Anuradha Khurana and Ashwita Tejwani really pushed the envelope with a multi-hued floral theme. It’s amazing how they managed to bring this vision to life in just one day! The dress is a true work of art, featuring a chic dhoti style paired with a halter neck top and a dupatta fashioned like a pallu. Every piece of jewellery is handcrafted and follows the floral motif. For the makeup, I chose warm golden and yellow tones that went with my ensemble. The result is a look that feels mystical and grounded. I’m thrilled with how this unconventional haldi look turned out. I hope it captivates the audience and inspires brides-to-be to think outside the box.”

In the current storyline, the wedding celebrations of Moksh and Nishigandha are underway, with Deeya pulling out all the stops to protect Moksh from his sinister bride. Deeya’s journey leads her to the ruins, where she uncovers the dark history of Nishigandha and her plan to sacrifice Moksh on their wedding night.
