Hey everyone! You know Akash Jagga, right? He plays Kundan on Sun Neo’s Prathaon Ki Odhe Chunri: Beendani. But guess what? He’s not just an actor. Turns out, Akash is seriously passionate about writing! For him, it’s not just a hobby; it’s a way to unwind and tap into his creative side.
So, When Did He Start Writing?
Akash recently shared that he actually started writing way back in school. “I was in eighth or ninth grade, writing short stories and even making covers for them!” he told us. “Life got busy with studies and theatre, and I kind of drifted away from it for a while. Even after moving to Mumbai, it took some time to get back into it, but now I’ve got projects ready to go. I’m not sure when I’ll release them, but I definitely will someday.”
The “Keep Writing” Mantra
He credits some great advice from Raghuvir Sir – “Keep writing” – as a major turning point. Akash really believes that the act of writing itself helps him grow. “Acting is amazing because I get to step into different roles and lives. But writing? That gives me a completely different kind of joy. I get to build entire worlds from scratch!”
Balancing Two Loves
While acting is definitely his first love, writing has a special place in his heart. Akash is hoping to keep doing both and eventually share his writing with everyone. “Writing just makes me feel alive in a way that nothing else does,” he said.
