Sanju’s New Quirky Song: Sanjay Dutt & Ranbir Kapoor Slam Media In ‘Baba Bolta Hai Bas Ho Gaya’
Celebrated filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani’s latest project, Sanju has taken the entire cinema world by storm. So much so that the biographical drama entered the prestigious 100-core club in just three days of its release! It went on to make Rs. 120.06 crore at the box office over the weekend. And guess what, the makers added more to the audience’s fun by releasing a new song on Sunday (July 1). Fun, because it brings together both reel and real life Sanjay Dutts on the silver screen. You read that right! Titled Baba Bolta Hai Bas Ho Gaya, the quirky number is a sarcastic take on the media and has been added as the credit-closing song in the film.
Sung by Papon, Ranbir and and Supriya Pathak, the peppy number features Sanjay and Ranbir at their vivacious best, performing some cool moves in matching outfits. Indeed a visual delight! The song pulls our attention to how media blows any incident related to a celebrity’s life out of proportion in a chase to up their TRPs. Sanju takes us through Bollywood superstar Sanjay Dutt’s personal as well as professional lives. The actor has almost always been making headlines for various reasons, piquing everyone’s attention.
