Celebrated actress Sara Khan from television, OTT series, and movies is now mesmerizing viewers with her performance as Goddess Kritikayein in Sun Neo’s “Chhathi Maiyya Ki Bitiya.” Sara’s portrayal as a goddess with grey tones has gained her great praise, as she is well-known for her ability to bring complicated characters alive. Though this complex position presents difficulties, people have been appreciating her.

Sara recently came forth regarding the problem of typecasting in the entertainment business, which worries a lot of performers. Dealing with this, she remarked, “I don’t think people evaluate performers depending just on their movie roles anymore. These days, social media is so common that individuals may discover performers via their accounts and view their true selves past their personas. I am thus not concerned about being typecast as it increases our chances for a varied career and helps others understand us better.”

She went on, ” Years ago, performers worried about being typecast, but that’s not as big of a worry anymore. Social media lets us highlight additional abilities and challenge any preconceptions based on former characters, thereby enabling viewers and producers to see more of an actor’s capabilities beyond their roles.”

Sara Khan plays the demanding Goddess Kritikayein in “Chhathi Maiyya Ki Bitiya,” showing six distinct incarnations throughout the drama. When Sara considered joining the cast, she commented, “Whenever I take up any part, I take care to examine how essential the character is. An actor should constantly be aware of their possible vulnerability while assuming a part. Therefore, it appealed to me when I realized this character had great potential on the program with different avatars and varied tones.

The poignant family drama “Chhathi Maiyya Ki Bitiya” chronicles the life of Vaishnavi, an orphan who wishes Chhathi Maiyya as her mother. Starring Devoleena Bhattacharjee, Sara Khan, Jaya Bhattacharya, Brinda Dahal, and Aashish Dixit, the drama underlines the triumph of good over evil and the need of faith and dedication. See “Chhathi Maiyya Ki Bitiya” on Sun Neo, which runs Monday through Saturday at 7 PM.
