Scarlett Johansson recently got real about dating, and it sounds like it wasn’t always smooth sailing! In a chat on the “Table for Two” podcast, she mentioned that dating people outside of Hollywood sometimes led to some awkward vibes, especially jealousy.
Scarlett, who’s now married to Colin Jost from “Saturday Night Live,” explained that dating non-celebs wasn’t always easy. She said that when you’re with someone who isn’t in the entertainment biz, they might not totally get what it’s like, and that can bring on jealousy.
The “Black Widow” star pointed out that people who aren’t in the spotlight might have a hard time grasping the pressures of fame. “It’s just a different life,” Scarlett said. “The jealousy wasn’t always out in the open, but it definitely caused some tension.”
But she also thinks there’s a real plus to being with someone who gets the whole Hollywood thing. She loves that she and Colin share that experience. “Being with someone who just gets it is a game-changer,” she added.
Scarlett’s never been one to shy away from talking about her life. She’s been open about past relationships and how she’s grown. With three marriages under her belt, she keeps inspiring fans with her honesty and how aware she is of herself.
The interview is creating buzz online, with fans discussing the difficulties celebs face when trying to find love while living in the public eye.
