Mumbai – Actor Sheel Verma, currently seen as Bablu in Shemaroo Umang’s Badi Haveli Ki Chhoti Thakurain, recently opened up about his fondest childhood memories—especially the thrill of going back to school after summer break.

Cricket, Cousins, and Carefree Days

Sheel recalled his summer vacations filled with endless cricket, tree-climbing, and homemade games. His carefree days were truly memorable, reflecting some of the best experiences of Sheel Verma’s childhood.

“We played till sunset. My mom had to call me in several times before I’d come home—covered in dust but so happy,” he said.

While summer was all about fun, June brought a different kind of excitement. Sheel Verma found joy in those early school preparations.

“I used to go shopping with my father for new books, a school bag, a raincoat, and tiffin box. That ritual meant the world to me,” he shared.

The thought of returning to school made even rainy days special during Sheel Verma’s childhood.

“Walking to school with friends in the rain—those are my happiest memories. I’d relive them if I could,” Sheel said with a smile.
