For actress Siddhi Sharma, who recently made her debut as the lead in Sun Neo’s popular show Ishq Jabariya, the journey was no different. In a recent interview, Siddhi opened up about her backup plan if acting hadn’t panned out, revealing her deep-rooted love for dance and modelling.

“If I weren’t an actor, I’d be a dancer or a model,” shared Siddhi Sharma. “I’ve always been drawn to creative fields, and dancing and modelling are where my heart lies. Before I ventured into acting, I devoted a lot of time to these passions, and I truly enjoyed every moment of it. Even back in school, I was captivated by fashion design, but my interest shifted to theatre and dance during my college years. If acting hadn’t worked out, I would have pursued a career in dance or modelling without hesitation.”

Siddhi further added, “Creativity has always been my driving force. Whether I’m on stage or in front of the camera, I find immense joy in expressing myself through movement and style. The thrill of performance, bringing something to life, and sharing that with an audience is what makes every moment special for me.”

Ishq Jabariya, airing on Sun Neo, tells the heartwarming love story of Gulki (played by Siddhi Sharma), a spirited young woman with aspirations of becoming an air hostess. The series explores her journey as she navigates life’s challenges. The show also stars Kamya Panjabi and Lakshay Khurana in significant roles.
