Raksha Bandhan is just around the corner, and reminiscing on the emotional bondage that exists between her and her siblings is Stuti Vinkle. According to Stuti, this day means much more to her than a festival. It is simply the expression of love and care towards one another.
In an interview that turned warm-hearted, Stuti Vinkle shared this special bond that she shared with her brother Srijan and her cousin Srishti this Raksha Bandhan. She said, “Raksha Bandhan is a celebration reminding one of this unique bonding between me, Srijan, and Srishti. Though at home, only three of us celebrate the festival, it comprises great unforgettable times.”
Stuti also mentioned the distance between her and her family due to her busy shooting schedule for Sun Neo’s Saajha Sindoor. “If I get a day off, I plan to fly home to celebrate with them. If not, I’ll be sure to send them their favourite things as a token of my love and affection.”
Amongst those sweet moments, she has remembered an emotional gesture from her brother. “When he was just 10 or 11 years old, Srijan saved up 50-60 rupees and bought me earrings from our school workshop. He kept it away from me for two days, and it was the sweetest surprise.”
She further shared, “On another instance, Srijan gave me all the savings that he had saved up for himself just to show how much he cares. His handmade frog quilling earrings were extra-special as it was the first gift given to me by him from his own pocket money. His actions speak volumes about his love.”
Presently, Stuti Vinkle is winning hearts as Phooli in Saajha Sindoor. The serial revolves around the life of Phooli, a young lady whose life takes a drastic turn when her bridegroom dies suddenly on her marriage day and she becomes an unmarried widow. The story follows Phooli through her emotional journey and how fate is being cruel to her by changing her life and relationships. With an ensemble cast including some of the finest talents like Sangita Ghosh, Sahil Uppal, Neelu Vaghela, and Krutika Desai, Saajha Sindoor is a dramatic and emotional presentation of feelings and relationships against the aristocratic backdrop of Rajasthan.
