Kiran Rao’s latest directorial venture, Laapataa Ladies, is a comedy-drama that tackles the issues faced by women in India with humour and wit. The film, produced by Jio Studios and Aamir Khan Productions, has been receiving rave reviews from critics and the audience alike for its entertaining and enlightening story. The film, which was released on the big screens last Friday, follows the lives of four women who go missing from their homes and embark on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. Along the way, they encounter various challenges and adventures that test their friendship and courage.
