Star Shashank Arora is receiving high marks for his role in the highly acclaimed movie Superboys of Malegaon. The film has captured spectators’ attention and rekindled Arora’s love of storytelling. Nasir Sheikh and his friends, who create parodies in Malegaon, were the inspirations.
“The story is about a man who had nothing and made films with his friends,” Arora said about the movie. Seeing what he endured to fulfil his dream is motivating. This kind of movie makes you realize why you enjoy telling stories. My passion for telling and hearing tales led me to pursue a career in acting. These individuals overcame all obstacles to become filmmakers.” Adarsh Gourav plays Nasir in Superboys of Malegaon, while Shashank plays Shafiq.
Arora also talked about how he saw his role in the Reema Kagti-directed movie. Shafiq developed slowly. He had a passion for performing and movies, but he was never able to pursue it until his friend showed up. Although Shafiq is no longer with us, Arora hoped his daughters would remember him positively when they saw the movie.
Although Shashank claims that Reema Kagti’s guidance made his job easier, Superboys of Malegaon required a lot of research. “Reema made it easy for us; every director shapes you as an actor.” She is among the best writers I have ever worked with, and she is quite clear about what she desires,” he continued.
Arora is looking forward to the release of his upcoming project with Dibaker Banerjee, which will open a new and exciting chapter in his career.
