Coming from a family known for its musical brilliance, Pt. Bhavdeep Jaipurwale is the grandson of the venerable Guni Gandharva Pt. Laxmanprasad Jaipurwale the son of the great vocalist Pt. Govindprasad Jaipurwale. Early on in life, immersed in the realm of Hindustani classical music, Pt. Jaipurwale started his training under the direction of his grandpa, then, his father.
Having a three-octave voice, Pt. Bhavdeep Jaipurwale has perfected several ancient forms like Khayal, Thumri, Tappa, Bhajan, and Ghazal. His method of instruction combines conventional approaches with contemporary ones so that pupils may develop their distinctive styles and yet grasp classical abilities.
Beyond his contributions to the classical music arena, Pt.
