He runs into an old mercenary who works for arms dealer Richard Roper, which puts him back in danger and leads to a violent fight with Colombian businessman Teddy Dos Santos.

Pine works with Roxana Bolaños, a businesswoman who doesn’t want to, to get into Teddy’s arms operation in Colombia. There, they find a plot to train a guerrilla army and bring down a country. As Pine tries to keep his alliances from falling apart, betrayals keep happening in this high-stakes expansion of John le Carré’s original novel. Eight years after the explosive end of season 1, the six-episode arc brings back thrilling spy action.

Olivia Colman is back as Angela Burr, the head of intelligence, along with Hiddleston. Diego Calva plays the scary Teddy Dos Santos, and Camila Morrone plays Roxana Bolaños. Filming will take place in London and South America in late 2024. Familiar elements from season 1 mix with new characters to make the thriller action even more intense.
