A New Thriller Arrives on Television
Sony Entertainment Television is set to premiere its latest drama, Vashikaranam – Kis Par Rakhein Vishwas, today. The recently released trailer has already created buzz among viewers due to its eerie visuals and mysterious tone.
Moreover, the show promises a gripping narrative that blends suspense and psychological drama. As a result, audiences can expect a storyline that explores faith, fear, and the complicated nature of trust.
The Story of a Mysterious and Powerful Woman
At the heart of the story is Suman, a powerful and enigmatic woman whose influence over an entire village raises several unsettling questions. Her presence is commanding, and therefore the atmosphere around her is filled with both reverence and fear.
Consequently, most villagers rarely challenge her authority. While some believe she protects and guides the community, others quietly question the true source of her extraordinary power.
Actor Snehlata Vasaikar portrays Suman and brings remarkable intensity to the role. Through her layered performance, the character becomes the driving force behind the show’s central mystery.
Milind Dastane Brings Depth to Tatya
Meanwhile, another key character in the story is Tatya, played by Milind Dastane. Tatya is widely respected in the village and appears to value family, stability, and social reputation.
However, beneath his calm and composed exterior lies a complicated web of secrets and emotional conflicts. Gradually, these hidden truths begin to surface, adding more tension and intrigue to the narrative.
Speaking about the character, Milind Dastane said:
“Tatya is a very ambitious character. On the surface, he appears to be a respected man in the village who wants a happy and stable family life. However, circumstances and his own decisions complicate that dream. He carries many secrets and emotional conflicts. While villagers see him as a responsible person, his personal life is far more complex. He also knows truths that even his own children are unaware of. This internal conflict makes Tatya a very intriguing character to portray.”
A Strong Ensemble Cast Enhances the Drama
In addition to the lead actors, the show features a talented supporting cast. Deepak Simwal appears as Madhav, while Ujjwal Tathe, Swati Bhingadive, Sharad Gurav, Chandan Jamdade, Sweta Naik, and Manoj Kolatkar also play important roles.
Each character adds unique layers to the unfolding mystery, thereby making the storyline richer and more engaging.
