Recently, Sumit Singh, who portrays Pinni in the popular Star Bharat series Shaitani Rasmein, revealed why she chose to embrace this distinctive character and revealed a personal connection to the part.
Sumit, who is well-known for her willingness to take on difficult and varied parts, talked about what attracted her to Shaitani Rasmein. “This character is very different from anything I’ve done before,” the woman remarked. I was curious when I first heard the moniker “Pinni.” Then, as I became more familiar with the plot of the show, I realized I had to. I find the horror aspect to be incredibly intriguing, and the fact that my character is superhuman makes it even more so. I simply had to take it on since it was something different.”
Sumit went on, “We’re just average folks with no unique powers in real life. However, I get to explore a magical and powerful world as Pinni. I trust in magic; I don’t focus on reason. Pinni gaming resembles living in a fantastical universe where everything is conceivable. I even liken her to Cinderella as my character possesses magical abilities just like her.”
