Based on the book ‘A Ticket to Syria’ by Shirish Thorat, the series is a creation of showrunner Neeraj Pandey, directed by Bhav Dhulia, and produced by Friday Storytellers and Shital Bhatia. Set to premiere on December 15, 2023, on Disney+ Hotstar, ‘The Freelancer: The Conclusion’ boasts a stellar cast including popular actor Mohit Raina, veteran actor Anupam Kher, Kashmira Pardeshi, and other talented actors like Sushant Singh, John Kokken, Gauri Balaji, Navneet Malik, Manjiri Faddnis, and Sarah Jane Dias.

Recalling a day when he accidentally forgot about a shooting schedule, he narrates how the entire team was left waiting while he was blissfully relaxing at home. In a comical turn of events, the team managed to find his address on WhatsApp, arrived on scooters to pick him up, and ensured he made it to the set. This unexpected adventure added a dash of laughter to the filming process.
