At the launch of the film’s song “Nache Nache,” veteran actress Zarina Wahab talked about her time working on The RajaSaab. She said that the project was one of the most important films she had ever worked on and praised Prabhas for being humble and respectful of artists.
“I’ve Never Played Such a Good Role Before”
When Zarina Wahab talked about her part in the movie, she got emotional. When asked if The RajaSaab finally gives her a strong role in all of India, she answered honestly.
“This is a huge movie for me. This is the best role I’ve ever played. She said, “I really liked working on this project.”
She said that the character was very satisfying and unlike anything else she had done before.
Playing the Grandmother of Prabhas
Zarina Wahab plays Prabhas’s grandmother in The RajaSaab. She said nice things about their relationship on screen and said their chemistry was “wonderful.”
She remembered a time on set when Prabhas didn’t say anything while she said her lines. His performance was so good that I forgot all of my lines. It was a very nice time.
“Prabhas Really Respects Artists”
Zarina Wahab praised Prabhas for how he treats people on set, not just for his acting. She pointed out how much he really respected both artists and technicians.
“There aren’t many people who really understand what an artist does. She said the experience was very fulfilling and that Prabhas was one of them.

Zarina Wahab also talked about Prabhas’s well-known hospitality. She made it clear that he is not only generous to lead actors.
“People talk about the food that Prabhas eats. But it’s not just for the artists. “It’s for everyone on the set—every worker and every member of the unit,” she said, stressing how welcoming the atmosphere was during the shoot.
A Friendly and Respectful Set Environment
Zarina Wahab said that the sets of The RajaSaab were warm, polite, and welcoming when she was done talking to them. She thanked everyone on the team for making the trip unforgettable.

The RajaSaab will come out in theatres across India on January 9, 2025. It will be in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam.
