The trailer of the much-awaited biopic on India’s freedom fighter Vinayak Damodar Savarkar, titled ‘Swatantrya Veer Savarkar’, has been released today and it has created a buzz among the viewers. The film stars Randeep Hooda as Savarkar and Ankita Lokhande as his wife Yamunabai. The trailer showcases the life and struggle of Savarkar, who was a politician, activist, writer, and revolutionary leader. He fought against British rule and was imprisoned in the infamous Cellular Jail in Andaman. Randeep Hooda delivers a powerful performance as Savarkar, capturing his courage, charisma, and conviction. He looks strikingly similar to the real Savarkar, which adds to the authenticity of the film.
