A QUIET PLACE – When husband/Actor/Director, john Krasinski gets to have his wife Emily Blunt star in his film, it will only be the best. I can’t believe this former TV actor from “Office Space” has done a superb job in making this alien-sc-fi film that will freak you out in “A QUIET PLACE”.
Set not too far in the future, and most of the human population has been obliterated by these alien like huge amphibians. If they hear your moves or voice, then they will eat you alive. The concept and the whole idea of living in silence is so nerve racking to see, but with the right nuances and expressions on the family , is just brilliant to see, as they are hiding from these creatures in the basement.
The film is also touching, and shows at great length, how parents find their way to save their kin from atrocities. The film keeps you at the edge of your seat. Especially the way the film ends in such an awesome abrupt way, that makes you hope there is a sequel. the film gets a 3 and a half stars recommendation. Go see it!!
