A SIMPLE FAVOR – Finally a film with full of surprises, twists and turns, along with suspense, creates the roller coaster ride for the audience in, “A SIMPLE FAVOR”. 2 mothers of young children meet at their kids elementary school, and become friends. Anna Kendrick plays the widow, who is a middle class mother that runs a food vlog from home, looks for something to brighten her life up lively.
Look no further and we have Blake Lively who is busy running the marketing team at a fortune 500 designer clothing company. They are 2 opposite characters, but they need each other as friends. If that is what you think is the plot of the film, then you need to see what happens after. Like “Gone Girl”, you will be concerned to see why one has disappeared.
But that is not all, there is so much more to this film. Actresses – Anne Kendrick & Blake Lively’s chemistry is splendid, They both come from different schools of acting, and are full of surprises. The film gets a 3 and a half star recommendation. Courtesy Awesome TV & BEING FILMY.
