BLADE RUNNER 2049 – Some films one waits with baited breath to see, and the sequel of “Blade Runner”, which comes after 30 years has huge expectations by its fans. “BLADE RUNNER 2049”, which is Produced by Ridley Scott now gives the reign over to Director, Dennis Villanueve.&nbs p;

   The film drags, and its pace is very slow, which becomes a big letdown. However it is a visual treat, with great background score, and at times it feels like the story has been inspired by last years film called “Ex-Machina”. The film goes further into the future where Los Angelos meets China Town in a dusky-barren industrialist wasteland.

   This time the Blade Runner is played by Ryan Gosling, who is a LAPD officer.He is a replica, like so many that are not human, but share the realization of having feelings like humans. They are robotic are fed with memories of the past. But some feel that these memories are real, and they do not wish to be enslaved. They believe they are human.

   The film goes into the search of a child that was born like a replica and has grown to be an adult. Gosling plays the agent replica, who is in search of h is missing father. The film has a very weak concept, Even the cast that consists of Ryan Gosling, Harrison Ford, Jared Leto, and Robin Wright give it their best, but the pacing of this film puts this “BLADE” to a halt. The film gets a 2 star review. Courtesy Awesome TV & BEING FILMY.
