BOHEMIAN RHAPSODY – From Farokh Balsara to re-christening his name to Freddie Mercury, was the front man of the legendary rock band called – “QUEEN” – comes the biopic story for the fans to see in “BOHEMIAN RHAPSODY” Director Bryan Singer of “X-Men” fame brings the 70’s to the late 80’s of Mercury’s career for us to see, with no reservations. coming from a Parsi/Indian background, Freddie Mercury seemed ashamed of his background. Being brought up in England, he felt he was British. It is the “Queen’s language”. Egyptian born Actor, Rami Malek does a great job of bringing this shy, enigmatic, complex, and flamboyant singer to life on the big screen. Despite losing his life to “Aids”, and confused with his bisexuality during his early years, the film shows all the perfections and imperfections of is human life with great passion and creativity. His love interests, his ups and downs with the band, and of course a killer soundtrack, which must be seen and heard only at the theaters. Kudos to Singer for directing and recreating the whole “Live-Aid” performance of the band with Mercury from 1985. It felt like you were there once again. If you are fan like me then you must see this film. The film gets a 4 star recommendation. Enjoy!! Courtesy Awesome TV & BEING FILMY.
