EUROVISION – Get ready this week on Netflix to join the singing contest in “EUROVISION” This off the wall, off beat comedy can only be created for Will Ferrill ,in “EUROVISION”. Along with him is Rachel McAdams, Pierce Brosnan and Graham Norton, in this zany funny film that is set in Iceland.
If you grew up listening to your parents playing ABBA during the 70’s, or the beginning of the rise of MTV, where mostly European groups like, “The Fixx”, or “A-ha” would be singing off a cliff, or in some remote deserted windy beach. Then this film is for you. So put on your Viking suit, and bring your microphone.
I did not know how big the “EUROVISION” – singing contest is…and boy does it does exist. Lars played by Ferrill has always dreamed of getting into this contest with his partner in crime, played by McAdams. Their group is called “Fire Saga”, and one day by luck they get selected to be a part of this event. The goof ups and the over the top Icelandic accents are going to make you crack up all the way. The whole Euro-Techno wave is very much there, and if you dig it, then your going to dig this movie. The film gets a 3 star recommendation. Enjoy!!! Courtesy Awesome TV & Being Filmy!
