GODZILLA VS. KONG – The film has been produced by Ajay Devgn, and has been directed by Kookie Gulati, of “Prince” fame. Sohum Shah as Viren, the younger brother, Nikita Dutta as the wife to Abhishek, Ram Kapoor as his defense lawyer, including Ileana D’ Cruz, as the journalist give their lending support to this wonderful film. Definitely a must watch this weekend. The film gets a 3 and a half star recommendation.

Get ready for the long delayed film from last year filled with CGI effects that appears more animated than realistic, with a very choppy storyline in – “GODZILLA VS. KONG”. Now playing on HBO MAX, and at your local movie theater. Set in a lab that looks like “Skull Island”, the mighty Gorilla Kong roams freely, but senses that all is not normal.

The film tells the story when to much scientific studies are used for wrong reasons like gaining power, and playing God. Thus you wake up Godzilla in Hong Kong, from the sea below.

A very boring affair, yet the climax does holds one attention briefly for the clash between two titans. You see King Kong on bashing away the fire  blowing Godzilla, as they topple down tall buildings into smithereens.  Overall the film gets a 1 and a half star recommendation.

As a viewer I had a love & hate feeling towards this new mini-series that has aired this week on Netflix. It shows the underbelly of affluent Mumbai Wallah’s that feel it is wise to be ruthless in the corporated  banking world. Season 1  deals with a few strong woman who want to make it big from different walks of life.
