As “Kill,” India’s most awaited and deadliest action film, debuts on Disney+ Hotstar on September 6, 2024, gets ready for an explosive cinematic experience. Under the gifted Nikhil Nagesh Bhat’s direction, this movie seems to be an exciting mix of strong action scenes and superb acting that will have you on the edge of your seat.
Made under the aegis of Dharma Productions and Sikhya Entertainment by industry veterans Hiroo Yash Johar, Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, Guneet Monga Kapoor, and Achin Jain, “Kill” represents a turning point in Indian film. Along with Raghav Juyal and Tanya Maniktala, who infuse their charm with this action-packed story, the movie stars rookie Lakshya.
“Watching ‘Kill’ transition from a successful theatrical run to its upcoming release on Disney+ Hotstar is incredibly fulfilling,” Director Nikhil Nagesh Bhat said. The story aimed to capture those unadulterated emotions on film as a result of a personal event that had a significant impact on me between 1994 and 1995. Lakshya and Raghav, the whole cast and crew, helped realize this goal. That a larger audience will now have the chance to see the movie excites me.”
Making a strong debut with “Kill,” Lakshya said, “I’m amazed by the love and support I’ve gotten. I got ready for my part as Amrit pushed me to my boundaries through rigorous physical training. Nikhil sir has been a lighthouse on this road; I am forward to playing more varied roles going forward. When the movie runs on Disney+ Hotstar, a bigger audience will be able to see the action and drama.
Playing the twisted and amusing adversary Fani, Raghav Juyal revealed his experience, “From auditioning to filming opposite Lakshya, ‘Kill’ has been an amazing trip. Although it was difficult, assuming a negative role helped me to highlight my acting ability. Intense physical and psychological preparation for this role was involved; I hope viewers appreciate the excitement as much as we did throughout filming.”
Streaming just on Disney+ Hotstar starting September 6, 2024, “Kill” offers heart-pounding action and suspense not to miss.
