HOUSE OF GUCCI – Wow…what a film, and what a cast. It is “Godfather” – meets the fashion world in, “HOUSE OF GUCCI”. Director Ridley Scott delivers the goods once again, with film that is based on true events from 1978 to 1997.

All does not seem well in the Gucci household between 2 brothers that share the Gucci shares, which is split in half. It is time to move on, move forward, and go on with the times. Jeremy Irons as Rodolfo Gucci, and Pacino as the younger brother Aldo Gucci are partner of this family enterprise, but their children are at odds with their parents views on how to run and evolve their empire into the future. It takes Lady Gaga as Patrizia, who is an outsider that falls head over heals with the elder brothers son, named Mauritzio, played by Adam Driver. She is from middle class background, and she is hear to shake the household down. She wants what she feels that is rightfully deserved to her, and that is to be the Queen of the GUCCI dynasty.
Jared Leto as Pacino’s son Paulo is simply marvelous. His character will indeed get a nomination for the Oscars.. He is like the Freido to Pacino, like in “The Godfather” Paulo (Jared Leto) gets dejected with his ideas, and is off to seek his father to suffer. The film brilliantly shows how a family wants all the pie for themselves, and not to share with others.  All the performances from the cast will entertain you. Go and see it
